Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

Compliance and Advertising Restrictions

  • We adhere to the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and AHPRA guidelines. Accordingly:

    • We do not advertise prescription-only medicines, brand names, or prices for S4 medications.

    • Before-and-after imagery is used only where compliant, with consent, consistent lighting/angles, and no digital enhancement.

    • Testimonials are used in line with current regulations and guidance.

    • Any references to wrinkle and volume concerns or similar treatments are descriptive and not endorsements of a specific prescription product.

 

Appointments, Bookings, Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • Bookings are currently managed via Juvae360. By booking, you agree to Juvae360's terms and our clinic policies displayed during checkout and in confirmation emails.

  • Rescheduling: You may reschedule online via Juvae360 booking link or message us up to 12 hours before your appointment, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations and No‑Shows: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, and missed appointments (no‑shows), may incur a $50 fee. Repeated late cancellations/no‑shows may require prepayment or may result in refusal of future bookings.

  • Client responsibility: Please ensure your contact details and medical history are accurate when booking. Late arrivals may reduce treatment time or require rebooking and may attract fees as above.

 

Gift Vouchers

  • Vouchers are valid for the amount or service stated, are not refundable for cash, and are non-transferable unless required by law. Lost or expired vouchers may not be replaced. Consumer guarantees under the ACL apply.

 

Payments, Pricing and Offers

  • Treatment pricing for prescription-related services may be discussed in consultation only (not published online) to comply with TGA/AHPRA rules.

  • Any promotions or packages listed are subject to availability and may change without notice.

  • Product prices for The Skincare Company and Re-Dox Skin Lab retail items are as listed at the time of purchase and may change.

 

Products and Aftercare

  • We are an authorised stockist of The Skincare Company and Re-Dox Skin Lab. Product information provided is general and not a substitute for professional advice. Always follow label instructions and seek advice if unsure.

  • Post-treatment care guidance provided on this site is general; your clinician may tailor instructions to you following your appointment.
