Shake well before use. Add 2 pumps (approx. 4mL) of InnerGlow Elixir to 150mL of water or your favourite drink, mix, and consume immediately. Alternatively, take directly on the tongue or undiluted from a glass. Enjoy chilled or at room temperature once daily, AM preferable and avoid taking with caffeine for best results.
 
Each bottle lasts approximately 60 days when used daily.
